We have a busy couple of weeks with visits from college reps and preparing for Homecoming!
We have admission officers from various colleges scheduled to visit throughout September. This is an excellent time to gather information and ask specific questions regarding these universities. The schedule of college admission reps is as follows:
Troy University - Tuesday, Sept. 3, 8:15 and 11:00
The University of Alabama - Friday, Sept. 6, 8:15
Montevallo - Monday, Sept. 9, 8:15
Huntingdon College - Wednesday, Sept. 18, 8:30
Auburn University - Wednesday, Sept. 18, 11:00
HOMECOMING! I hope you are all excited about your Senior Homecoming! The song chosen for the senior walk-out is Gone Gone Gone by Philip Phillips. Our float theme was also chosen, but we are keeping it under wraps so it can be a surprise! We will be working on the float Saturday morning (Sept. 7) at 10:00 a.m. and Sunday afternoon (Sept. 8) at 2:00 p.m. Be working on your jazz costumes! Nominees for Homecoming King are as follows: Brian Adams, Chandler Coston, Tucker Floyd, and Joel Kervin.
